PRIMARY & SENIOR SCHOOLS, ORGANISATION, CLUBS, SPORTS TEAMS & SPECIAL NEEDS/LEARNING DISABILITIES CENTRES BOOT CAMP / BOXING TRAINING

Brownes Boot Camp has now partnered with several special needs schools, learning disabilities centres for young people & adults, sports teams, clubs, nurseries, primary/secondary schools and colleges in the Essex & London area with the aim of setting up a boot camp/boxing classes once or twice a week in the curriculum and after school clubs.

Something a bit different from the usual PE lessons, our boot camp sessions are challenging, exciting, motivating and above all, great fun!

They’re fantastic for building not only personal fitness levels, but team building and social skills, where kids will work together in teams to reach their goals.

At Brownes Boot Camp we emphasise every area of physical health, from exercise to nutrition. Not only can we offer Personal Training and Group Boot Camps to get kids moving, pushing themselves to get out of their comfort zones and to love exercising. The trainers also provide Nutrition Talks to encourage children and young adults to try new things and educate themselves on practical, healthy ways to eat & drink water to keep their body hydrated.

We visit schools to teach boot camp and/or boxing training for 30 or 60 min’s per class & we can do up to 2/3 hours. This is a great way to get kids outdoors, working as a team, mindset, coordination, confidence, listening skills, techniques and picking up new exercises. This will also improve their school work and concentration levels/skills during their time in school. Equipment will be provided.

We will travel all over the ESSEX & LONDON area. From £95.00 per hour class & up to 20 children per class. We are fully DBS checked, First aided with a mobile defibrillator, risk assessment and fully insured. Please ask when making a booking if you would like to see these documents.
